About these terms

This website is published by Top 100 Magazines ("we", "us"), based in Cyprus. These terms apply whenever you use it. By using it you agree to them and to the way we handle personal data described in our privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Rankings are opinion

The ranking, scores and verdicts on this site are the editorial opinion of the Top 100 Magazines editorial team, reached by applying our published methodology. They are not a measurement of circulation or sales, and not advice to buy, subscribe to, advertise in or invest in any publication. Facts about each magazine are checked against the sources listed on its page, but ownership, prices and publishing schedules change, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is current.

Our content and your use of it

The text, scores, rankings, data, methodology and design of this site, and the Top 100 Magazines name and logo, belong to us and are protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property laws.

• You may read, share and quote our rankings and verdicts for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit Top 100 Magazines and link to the page you quote.
• Journalists, researchers and educators may quote our work with the same credit and link.
• You may not copy the ranking or substantial parts of it, republish it as your own, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Magazine names and logos belong to their publishers. We use them only to identify the magazines we rank, and their use does not mean that any publisher endorses us or our ranking.

How magazines may refer to their place

A magazine in the ranking may say so, provided it names the edition year and links to its page on this site, for example: "No. 12 in the Top 100 Magazines 2026". It may not alter its rank or score, quote a past edition as if it were current, or suggest that Top 100 Magazines endorses it beyond its published place in the ranking.

What you send us

When you use the contact form, you confirm that what you send is true to the best of your knowledge, that you are entitled to send it, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive or confidential information you have no right to share. You allow us, free of charge, to use it to review nominations and corrections and to answer you. We may decline or delete any message.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, or to harass anyone;
• copy or extract content with scrapers, robots or other automated means, except for search engines that follow our robots.txt;
• try to get into parts of the site or our systems you are not allowed to use, test their security, or disrupt them;
• send anything containing viruses or other harmful code; or
• frame our pages or present our content in a way that suggests it is your own or that we endorse you.

Links to other websites

We link to magazines' own websites and to the sources behind our facts. We are not responsible for other websites or for anything you do there.

Availability and changes

We provide the site as it is and as available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we publish a new edition of the ranking each year. Past editions stay online as an archive. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything published on it, including lost profits, lost data or indirect loss. The site is free to use: where we are nonetheless liable to you, and the law allows a limit, our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to €100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the site. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country and may bring a claim in its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
