Privacy notice
Last updated 17 October 2026
The short version
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The only personal data we collect is what you send us through the contact form, and we use it only to deal with your message.
Who we are
This website is published by Top 100 Magazines, based in Cyprus. We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice. We do not publish email addresses: for anything to do with your data, use the contact form and choose "Privacy request".
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose, any magazine you mention and your message. We use them to read and answer your message and, for nominations and corrections, to review the magazine you raise. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages and keeping the ranking accurate.
Like every website, our hosting provider's servers briefly process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure. We do not use it to identify or track you.
Who handles your data
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and its contact form, and stores the messages you send through it. It is based in the United States and other countries where it runs servers.
Our provider acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to 12 months after our last reply, then delete them, unless a message concerns a correction we need to keep on record.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable form. Send your request through the contact form; we reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Links to other sites
Magazine pages link to publishers' own websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
